So far so GREAT. Amazing contact via both email and text. Excellent customer service when I had a question. Rebooked because I needed the Advanced Panel instead of the Basic. Very easy to change; however, the lab visit to my home never happened. A tech glitch. SuperPower comped the lab visit of $119 without my even asking. So far, I've used Axo.Health and FunctionHealth. SuperPower, at this point (before the lab draw) is far superior!

I love the easy to read results and it is great to get your baseline then make changes and see how they actually affect you not just guessing.

Thus far I'm not impressed. I bought 3 memberships to gift and 1 for myself. It won't let me use it for myself, because I already exist in the system. App is clunky and tries to make you pay again when logging in. It's concerning that there are others on here that have been complaining about that in the company does nothing to fix it. That makes me nervous, so we will see how customer service responds tomorrow because I'm considering canceling my order or going through my credit card company.

I had never done a blood test before and always just put it off because of convenience. Found Superpower through an ad on FB and decided to give a try after comparing it with a few others. Booked a 10min consult with them over the phone and since they're an AI company I was totally expecting one of those AI voice agents. Nope! It was an actual real person! Either that or this is the most advanced AI voice agent ever but I found their LinkedIn profile to confirm they're real. Kind of stalkerish I know but hey I'm giving you my blood. I want to know you're real. The actual draw itself wasn't anything like I expected. I went with the at home draw option which had an extra charge but the convenience was worth it. Took only like 15 mins (phlebotomist was super nice) and my partner thought it was crazy cause when she went after her doctor told her to go get tested she had to drive across town to get it done. That's just the draw part. They advertise on their site it takes about 5-7 days for results to come back and mine came right on the 5 day mark. I'm sure this varies though. The wildest thing was the mobile app. It's such a well designed app that doesn't just look cool but is actually useful. The protocols were great and customized to my data. I think they use AI to write it but it was pretty good. I also messaged their on-demand care team cause I was told there's real humans behind it and they got back to me within a few hours. I will admit tho I was up all night talking to the AI chat about my biomarkers and texted the care team at like 3am... Overall, great experience, great product, and an outstanding customer service team. Would highly recommend to anyone with a heartbeat.

I joined superpower in around july 2025. I thought I was really healthy but found I actually had quite a few health issues - notably high cholesterol and ApoB. I'm only 27! i started to take my health more seriously and plan on testing again this month to check if I'm doing better

Awful company. Impossible to get a hold of literally anyone within it. I tried to request a refund within the cancellation terms and did not even receive so much as a confirmation message saying they saw my message.

I’ve been following Superpowers protocol for 5 months and feel so much better. Their easy to following website and affordable cost make me want to continue working with them in the future.
