Hello Douglas Hunter, Thank you to choose SuperLoveDoll and leave your comment here, we are very happy that you like the craftsmanship and we try the best to make it the best outcome for you and each customer. For the internal heating system, it is somehow very difficult for every doll to be heat effective, since the TPE materials can't stand high tempreture like 50 degree, and the doll is relatively thick for its materials and not that easy to transmit the heat. So usually for some tinny doll, it will be easier to heat but for some heavier dolls, heating may not work that well. However we are still exploring some new ways to make the internal heating system better to give customer a better experience. Thank you again to choose us and give us the feedback. Hello Nicola, Thanks for your comment and compliment, and we are happy that you like the doll, since you order the doll in Itally and out of stock, so we have to make it in China manufactory and then ship to you by sea, which takes around 30 days. For the issue you mentioned about eyelashes, we will take care of it and in case it falled or something, we can send you a new one to paste it in the doll. Thank you and have a nice day! SuperLoveDoll customer service team.

Hi GH, Thank you to choose SuperLoveDoll and leave the comment here. We get to know about the nipples color issue here and we will handle it with the manufacture on why it happened and will improve it next time. For the lingerie, we understand your expectation and we have to say that it is very difficult to get the same lingerie for each doll, because the lingerie you see in the picture is specially for the photo-shoot and not easy to order the same one for each doll, however we can try to find a new one for you if you really like it. Thank you and have a nice day! SuperLoveDoll customer service team

Hello Alton: Thank you to choose SuperLoveDoll and leave the comment here. We have checked the doll and the previous conversation with you, we found that the issue is in from the lock of the head with the body which is very less happened issue but it is very special. For the warm function which is advaned option, it is difficult to warm the whole doll up becuase the body is thick and the TPE can't stand very high temperature for its materials. Thank you! We apologize for the bad experience you had with the doll you received. In any case, we need customer to send us the photos and/or video to know the details for us to detect the issue and help resolve. Hope you understand and cooperate to help you reosolve the issue. For what you mentioned the price you spend on the doll it is 50% Clearance OFF which is $400+, we do believe it is very big opportunity to get such a high quality sex doll with such price. We still hope you are satisfied and think of SuperLoveDoll in future. SuperLoveDoll customer service team
