Its nice, but heavy
Its nice. It comes with all the right features. Just keep in mind that this thing is heavy as hell and moving it is going to be difficult.

please read
seems great. good quality, packaging is strong and sturdy but my points of notice are a few small marks that got molded in to the skin. the included wig is one step above trash so i will decently be buying my own. i will say if your not fit these might not be for you, I'm in good health and work out but the weight and strength of the joints are no joke(do keep in mind i am only listing the bad things so everything not listed is good or better

Dear Customer, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We sincerely apologize for the small marks on the skin and the disappointing wig. We'll definitely look into these issues and try to improve. And we appreciate your reminder about the weight and joint strength. Your opinion is super valuable to us, and we hope you'll still enjoy using our product with the wig you get yourself. Looking forward to serving you better in the future!” Warm regards, James Customer Service Manager SuperLoveDoll

Real life feel
The doll meets expectations. You have to be strong to handle as they are heavy as in real life situations. Care in handling as well as material is delicate.

Great Customer Service
My first doll purchase went smoothly. Great customer service throughout the whole process. Very helpful tutorials on maintenance and storage recommendations. She even helped me decide which options to order. Great shipping time. Only 3 weeks from the time I ordered until the package was at my door. And all at a very fair price. They get both thumbs up from me. 👍👍
