Will, Jeremy & Melinda are awesome! All were helpful and knowledgeable.. answered all of our questions. Will & Jeremy even delivered the van to my work.. full of gas.. because I wasn't able to be off. We love the van. I bought the extended warranty just in case. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because they weren't able to lower the price not even a little bit. I'd have felt better if they'd have given me at least $100 off.. makes ya feel like you get a better deal if you're able to haggle a little and with a down payment of $25,000 I guess I expected it. They did include the new tie downs which i appreciate. Thanks guys!

I bought a vehicle from Superior Van and Mobility in 2004 and have had them do any required servicing since. When I needed a new vehicle I did research other companies, but stuck with Superior Van because I believe they have their customers in mind when they sell and service a vehicle.

Sometimes call backs are a little slow from sales

Mike was great to work with - even brought the vehicle to my home so that my husband could try it out. (Russ was also very nice to work with - he was shadowing Mike when we made our purchase.) He also gave me a tour of the service department. Being confident with a company's service department is vital when purchasing a vehicle, especially a specialty vehicle. Thank you!

Salesperson, David McDowall, went above and beyond in interactions with my family and I. He truly cared about our needs and it was obvious in interactions with him. He was excellent.
