SuperiorpowersportsReviews of superiorpowersports.com

Every step of the way to make a purchase from this company has been stellar! Super easy, and talk about fast!! I received my bike in only 5 days since purchasing! Shipping box had some damage but the bike was pretty well protected. Not a scratch on it. Everything that was needed was there. Took only a little less than 2 hours to assemble, gassed up and running. I am a totally satisfied individual. I highly recommend this company!

Bike went 1 mile, i wrote to them through their website 3 times so i wrote to Tao motors. They got one star for saying i never wrote to them. They dont want to answer the phone either. Tao motor suggested new parts using the warranty. Superior said i have to fill out a claim. Want a run around Superior is your place to buy. Shame on you

Don’t buy from this company 4 wheeler worked for one day Now company just saying send vídeos of how your starting it up like really They offer no refunds now I have a Atv thst don’t run

I purchased 2 bikes. Dealing with The service team was good. They react quickly to my questions and worked hard to make sure I was happy. Jim was a pleasure to deal with. Only issue I had was with the transport companies they used. Neither communicated well about delivery. My TBR7 was dropped and had minor damage. Superior responded and provided credit for parts and send a replacement piece, Would buy from them again.

about 7mos. ago I got a Pony 50cc moped from Powersport, It was in my price range. It was shipped very fast, it was in great condition and I am going to tell, you it ran great. I have had a few details with the scooter, but It was not anything wrong with the scooter. The details I had was handled by the support team very, very fast, the same day as a matter of fact. so thank you Motorsport.

Myrna is a great sales person that made buying so pleasant and easy.

If I could give a ZERO I would horrible company junk 4 wheelers that will not run! Customer service is a joke. If you want to be scammed buy from them. I reported them to the BBB and never heard a word from this company. Please buy elsewhere it will save you and your kids a lot of upset. Your reply is lip service just like the many times we called and waited for return calls and sent invoices for work done on the junk you sold us!!! Ohhh it was always our fault that your junk didn’t run!! AGAIN PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your money on this companies junk! BEWARE!
