This is the worst company ever!!!! I would call and they never answer the phone maybe 3day to week later they would call back. Then they would me the run around about what I needed. Always have an excuse why things weren’t right. Or we don’t cover that. Took forever to get the scooter we ordered. Never again would I deal with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They sent me a scooter that DOES NOT RUN and no one has returned my phone calls or emails. Has less than 1 mile on it and was clearly never tested before shipping. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I had to get my credit card company involved for fraud :(

I had a fantastic buying experience. Website was easy to use and their customer service was very helpful in setting a date for delivery and my product was delivered on time with no issues.

Order was placed with expected delivery date and no communication was made of delays. Product did not arrive on time.
