I have had the worst time with this company. I am a 20 year agent and trying to roll my business. The rates are great but the customer service sucks and I have had at least 80% of my submissions screwed up. Anywhere from wrong bank information for drafts to not getting the paperwork to the company for the NB policies so rates go up or cancel all together. You cannot get CS without being on hold forever and FORGET talking to a manager. You have to leave a message and they NEVER return a call. They also do NOT notify the agent of record when anything is needed for the initial NB issue. The insured gets a letter from the carrier. If the insured ignores the mail or does not get it-they just cancel. I have had that happen 2 TIMES already! They are awful and as soon as I find another marker/broker-I will be moving ALL my business.
