Hi, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Bolt platform. More times than not, the system is extremely slow and even the simplest changes to a quote can take a long time to process. In many cases, I request a quote and it takes hours to receive an update. However, I want to highlight that Monique was fast, efficient, and very helpful in assisting me with getting a customer’s commercial auto quote completed. Her responsiveness made the process much smoother despite the platform delays. Thank you, Derek Prine Prine Insurance Agency, LLC

3 Stars In the beginning I was extremely excited to be able to work on this platform to be able to help my clients in need. Their were things that were no disclosed at the time of sign up I was shown a plan which is you pay the highest the all access you will get the higher commissions. What Bolt Access doesn't tell you is they are also taking part of your commission as well its a 70/30 split which wasn't disclosed to me until weeks after. Even when I asked upfront before I signed up. From a start up agency this would have been highly important to disclose to me when asked. I do still feel bolt is a good company for beginners IF THEY DISCLOSE everything. I honestly recommend getting enough premium on the books and get direct appointment to fully remove bolt access so you can get your Full commission. Samantha get 5 stars she's a amazing person and is very responsive if you ever need anything. Overall

Jacobs attention is wonderfull but im having a lot of issues with timing because my quotes are getting back 5 or 6 hours or next day

Kevin was great throughout the whole process, helped me from start to start quoting. Thank you for your help. Edit: 08/27/2020 Cancelled MY membership. The quoting app is horrible (takes forever to load) and most of the advertised companies are not available (e.g, Travelers, kemper and a few others don't have an appetite for my location "Queens, suffolk and Nassau...), "Bolt" is always available but to get the price they quote you on (always the best number) you have to pay a non refundable fee and they take over and contact your client, if they close it you get 5%... An underwriter offered it to me as the only option after I submitted a quote, that is also when they lost me. The "2 Hrs max turnaround" time is also not accurate, took them almost 24 hrs to get back to me in one quote and about 2 days for another client, and this were simple auto quotes and renters. I submitted a couple quotes and realize that this wasn't for me so I asked them to cancel my membership, Kevin was always helpful and I don't blame him for anything. I never got a refund for my money. Edit 09/09/2020: One of the Head managers of SAI reached out to me and we had a nice conversation, he explained me how they trying to improve on the personal side of the business and offered a full refund and invited me back in If I was ever interested.

Get Allstate appointments and get back to me

We feel like the underwriters/agents at S.A. don't take the time to go that extra step.

Really need them to run MVRS and clues before giving me a quote. I have loss business with brand new people just a claim or violations was missed. I want our quotes to the real thing and accurate.

Superior Access doesn't seem to understand that the Agents are in a highly competitive environment and need help in getting applications approved always resistance due to unnecessary requirements.
