There are so many to list out that I would prefer to just say we should get direct access to the carriers so that we can have a faster turnaround time. Having to wait hours and if not till the following day causes agents to lose business before they even got it.

Platform is easy to navigate. Quoting is simple and underwriters respond in a timely manner. The only issue that I do not like is that estimated quotes tend to be extremely different from real numbers once they return from underwriting. They are not even in the ballpark. It sort of takes away from the "estimate." Other than that, this is a great tool.

Carrier access is limited and it takes sometimes two days to get a quote back and then it doubles once you try to bind. Biggest waste ever .

I am extremely dissatisfied with both Bolt and its support team. The experience has been very disappointing. The promises made during the initial presentation to encourage agencies to get appointed were completely different from what was actually delivered. The reality did not match the expectations that were set. Whenever I reached out for clarification, the responses either did not make sense. Overall, my experience with Bolt has been disappointing. I expected transparency, clear communication, and support, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Our service level agreement is 2 business hours, however whenever you have someone waiting in your office, you can call or chat us to expedite it.
