I just had a great experience and wonderful haircut from a lovely stylist named Stella. I highly recommend this salon and Stella!

ATTENTION..Attention. On 3 of June 2021 I took appointment by online Hammersmith supercut which is was price for level 2 because my hair short and always keep short.i always used to go Hounslow and I know the prices. I paid already for deposit £5 and when I arrive she Kathrin M explain me she going to change extra for hygiene £3.60 . So when she finished job the manager charged me for Level 3 hair cut price and plus extra charge for shampoo and conditioner as she told me .so anyway I was charged £ 38.55 for wash cut and blow-dry and plus so much extras as they wonted. The manager told me I was charged extra because it was over time. That's redicules for making money.So People becafull when u going to book u appointment by online make sure how much there says u will pay that amount . Otherwise u will cheating by the even manager because poor guy looking for attention from salon owner I guess his working hard for it 😂 shame

Customer Services Needs Improvement. The stylist/manager? did not speak to me except to guide me to the chair and offered for me to take off my mask so that she would not ruin it. She drug her shoes making it clear that she did not want to be there as well as taking her sweet time to retrieve supplies needed to perform the service (I assume she was talking with the other person eating her chips poking her head out). Later, while gabbing with the other stylist while washing my hair, she protruded to have an unprofessional conversion with the other stylist about personal matters that I did not care to hear about. And last, her personality did not brighten up until I was paying my tab (which was not cheap & yes I still tipped in spite of it).

I gave clear instructions to what I wanted for a haircut- she agreed to keep length and ended up chopping off 4 inches of my hair. During my haircut she left to attend to the phone and other customers because the manager and other employees were hanging out in the back room. Will never go back to Supercuts again. I should’ve not paid for the haircut I didn’t want. Now I have to regrow my hair again to the length I had prior

LESA ARNOLD has been my hairdresser for over 7 yrs! I often tell her if she ever decides (to say)to move NEW YORK CITY - there's going to be a problem because I'm afraid of heights &/or flying that far. LOL.
