I have always gone to fix my hair in super cut but I have been visiting different super cut in Buffalo for a month, and none of them know how to use blower, they leave your hair wet I had to move to the beauty of the Dominican women who recommended me they are great.

Zoya at Johns Creek Supercuts is a skilled colorist. She will give you subtle, long-lasting highlights you will be pleased with!

I went to the location in Berea & had Mandy for a root touch up . It was a very bad experience. It started with her putting the cape on too tight & she was very bossy throughout.The color didn’t cover all the grey roots so she had to redo . I asked her if she was going to charge me double & she said no .When I was done she changed me $85.00 . I thought that was extremely overpriced. I will never go back there & buyers beware

By Westfield (Southcenter) mall, Tukwila Wa. MELISSA my cutter has always done an excellent job. I can tell she knows her craft because my hair has a sensitive reaction to cutting and she's never done me wrong in any way. She takes pride in her profession and really listens and does exactly what you want. She adjusted her technique to my requests and did awesome. I will always recommend Melissa for all types of hair and demands. If you want to find a pro that you can trust, she's the real deal.

This review for the Super Cuts location at - EASTLAND SQUARE1704 EASTLAND DR STE 6 in BLOOMINGTON, IL 61704. I was a longtime customer. I was a customer before this location became a Super Cuts. But after the way I have been treated this last year, I am taking my business elsewhere, and I advise anyone thinking of trying Super Cuts, especially at this location, to look elsewhere. I do not know if its lack of help, lack of skill, or just lack of caring, but within this last year the cost of a haircut has of gone up and the customer service has gone into a steep decline. I’m not asking to have the red carpet rolled out for me but, hey, I’m a pretty good tipper ($6 or $7 on a 14 dollar haircut) and I have always been kind when going into this location. I am not made to feel like this. I am greeted the stylist, told to have a seat and then told “The system says this . . .” No hello, thank you for coming in, just what’s on the system. I’m not asking for the a red carpet receiving line, but a nice “how do you do” and Thanks for being loyal” goes a long way. In addition, DO NOT use Super Cuts appointment generator. YOU WILL have to wait. Which leads me to this question “Why, Super Cuts, do you have an appointment system when you still take walk-ins (ahead of those that made an appointment ) and make those with an appointment wait anyway?” This is incredibly counter-productive and defeats the purpose of an appointment system. Sorry, but if I am paying $19 for a basic haircut, I’d like to at least be acknowledged for my loyalty and not have to wait after making an appointment. No worries though! Plenty of other hair salon’s I can take my business, and my tips to!

there not good at haircuts. at all. they take 1 minute, rush, dont seem to care, and dont condition your hair either. my hair looks awful on the sides now. im not going there, ever again.

AWFUL!!!!!!!! my daughter went in to get their haircut after a couple months of lockdown so their hair had grown quite a bit, they should a photo of short sides and a long fringe. They said it would be fine to do and had it done straight away which I thought was good! A couple minutes later my daughter came to me CRYING and when I asked them to show me, THEIR FRINGE WAS ABOVE THEIR EYEBROWS!! the photo had the fringe to just below their nose and my child’s fringe was so short it was hard to even believe! They have school in the next two days and is devistated because they have to go back with THIS HAIRCUT! I’m applaud at how incompetent they were at following a basic style and the photo was VERY clear at how they wanted it done! The people working there were lovely but HORRIBLE at giving haircuts!!!! I do not recommend going there AT ALL!
