Store #81989 in Waukesha, WI. I love Jane the stylist and have been visiting this salon since they opened. The past year, the ability to get an appointment with anyone has been taking longer and, in some cases, it takes days. I stopped by 2 weeks ago on a Sat and the door was locked with a note stating they were fully booked for the day? There has also been a revolving door with stylists starting and leaving. I think this owner better take a long hard look or they will be out of business and SOON!

Hate that I have to give one star. Had appointment scheduled for the Las Colinas Plaza (75038). Arrived early to find out that the stylist (Molly) had to leave in 30 minutes. They could not explain why the computer allowed me to schedule the appointment. Please note, they PREFER same day appointments so this was not forgotten or overlooked but booked within 2 hours of arrival. #Supercuts #SuperNO

They aren’t competent enough to know how to use their own app or to use the phone to cancel appointments. I doubt they are competent enough to cut hair or clean thing as they should

I recently started going to Supercuts in Little Falls. On my first appointment I was lead to Shital and have been going to her ever since. She gives me wonderful haircuts and is so nice. I am very happy with the service here. It is a wonderful atmosphere and I plan to go back.

My friend was in last night she saw Alyssa to get a A line cut. Alyssa was not only rude but she cut her hair off and she left her neck all razor burned!! She is so upset!!! Returned next morning and had a different hairstylist try to fix it and she couldn’t. As I was leaving the employees were in the back with the manager and Alyssa laughing. This is a horrible place to go and the staff is not very friendly. Nadine I was the only employee that was sympathetic and helpful. Don’t let Alyssa cut your hair!!! She was fired and rehired I think that they reconsider her employment!! Does she have a license to cut hair!!

my friend went to supercuts with a full head of hair and came out HALF bald !!! do not go to this place i swear they do everything to make you look shitter do not waste your money!! #shutdownsupercuts

One star for poor management, usually have fantastic service, but have twice been turned away. 4pm on Friday 19nov despite sign saying open till 5 and there being no customers in shop due to staff being on own. Please change closing time to 4pm to allow staff to leave at 5. Again today made a special trip arrived at 12, was seeing to one customer, but because on own and needed lunch could do my hair. I am prepared to wait an hour +++my hair only takes 25 mins top. Again close shop at lunch time so at least I know not to go then. Very bad management leaving staff on own Friday pm and Sunday know this was pre covid as been going for 8/9 years. The flexibility that I loved has gone. Love the staff and system, but to be twice turned away in days is really not on. (Burton on Trent branch)

My husband & I had a hair cut w/ Brandi. She did a great job‼️ Considering it was very busy. Cut my hair just the way I liked it. Hope to return. Tks Brandi
