The store manager Ash is the rudest man ever. Didn't explain the take the queue with you policy, tried to have an unprovoked argument with me about being a discount cuts salon, upon a short notice change in advertised price he refused to resolve or provide a solution but asked me to leave as he could not be bothered. Appalling customer service would never go back would be better to cut your own hair.

Can’t even get a haircut with a check-in appointment
CAPITOLA CONVENIENCE CENTER
1955 41ST AVE STE B4
Can never see to get a haircut at this place. Before the pandemic this was my favorite but they seem not to have figured out how to operate now 2.5 years since the pandemic started.
When I’ve tried to get a walk-in appointment for a simple male (short hair) haircut, I’ve been told to use the app and check-in. Today when I checked-in early morning for an appointment (all the appointment slots were available), when I arrived for my check-in, there were 5 people in front of me, and one stylist was taking her last customer of the day, leaving one stylist with 4 people in front of me. I waited. And waited. Then I walked out.
I guess the only way to get an appointment is to take the first one right when they open so no one can cut in front. Just bad logistics and stylist scheduling management all around. With this much chaos,
they should just scrap the appointment system and go walk-ins only, perhaps saving appointments for dedicated stylists who do color, etc.

Horrible Experience with Dawn at Super Cuts at Coles Crossing
Super Cuts
COLES CROSSING
12320 Barker Cypress, Suite #200
Stylist: Dawn
November 23, 2022 @ 10am
I was told by three different employees that my haircut would be $21.95. I set up an appointment with Dawn at 10AM, November 23, 2022.
I walked in and was explaining to Dawn how I wanted my hair cut, she was looking away and not at me (HOW RUDE!)..... Dawn looks at my hair and says it will be an extra $10 because of the length of my hair. My hair is shoulder length, it's NOT long. Dawn could care less, all she wanted was the $$$$. Before my appointment was even booked, I was told by three employees that the haircut would be $21.95, including Dawn. That is what I should of been charged! I walked out upset and told Dawn that I would not be back. Dawn not only are you Phony, you're also RUDE. You need to take a couple courses on Customer Service. This was one of the worst experiences, I can see why they have no one in their salon. Tell me, was it worth $10 to permanently lose a customer?

I would recommend Lisa
I really appreciate that Lisa did my hair and she is so sweet and so nice and I just appreciate everything that she did because it takes a lot of work to do my hair because it’s very thick and she did a great job at it and she’s just very awesome and the sweetest person ever.I love my hair and she did so good I didn’t think it was gonna turn out the way that it did.

David from Racine Supercuts
I moved away but still travel 3 hours when I need a color and cut because David Ortiz does such a great job. I can trust the end result will be great. Conversation with him is fun and he’s a pleasant person to everyone, he helps me when I can’t decide which color will look best but ultimately leaves the choice to me. Now I could have others there help me but some of their attitudes suck to be honest and the way they talk in front of clients isn’t really professional. 2 of the ladies talk rude about clients and are Rude when people come in as a walk in. I will continue to have David do my hair even living far away.

They hire unlicensed beauticians
They hire unlicensed beauticians. They girl looked like she was still in school. Told her half guard on the sides and finger length on top. She asked what is half guard. I should have got up then. She cut my hair all different lengths. Then said how’s that. Ummm…looks like it’s a lot longer over here. I asked her if she had her license and she just looked at me. It was not displayed anywhere like per law. Long story short a more experienced beautician tried to finish it but it was so jacked up and even she left patches in the back. I will never set foot in a Supercuts again. Ever! Not to mention there prices keep going up and their experience keeps going down!

Wow talk about gauging people.
Wow, talk about gauging people and hitting them when many people went through devastating losses on Marco Island Fl...this is not the time to raise prices..
30.00 for a trim, no hair wash, etc...is way over the top..this is not an upscale salon, to charge this price..
Naples is still 15.00. For seniors..No senior discount at Collier Blvd on Marco..will go elsewhere..people on a fixed income go there because it’s afforadble..For 30.00 will go where they at least wash your hair..greedy is what it has become, then a tip on top of the thirty..gal barely took any hair off..it was only a trim..shame on the greedy manager..don’t go there..they even charge more if you use visa..dishonest people.

Absolute horrible experience
Absolute horrible experience. Not only did the girl Kirsten of Wilton Mall Supercuts dye my hair free Shades Darker than what I wanted. When they called me back Supercuts told me that I have to still pay an additional $100 with 20% off to highlight and fix the problem that they created on my hair. I am furious right now that is unacceptable
