It's the worst company I ever used......... delay each time!!!! When I'm choosing the flight I try to avoid superairjet really hard.

Worst company ever. 10 hours delay. No compensation.

Vol CGK LOP, retard de 45 minutes et changement de porte d’embarquement au dernier moment. Heureusement que n’était pas très loin mais tout le monde s’était mis à courir. Siège qui se détache de l’avion, franchement à déconseiller.

Its a shame you can’t rate these scammers with 0 stars. We booked a flight and without notice they rescheduled the flight leaving us stranded on Komodo Island. No refund because of “policies”. Do not book this airline and never use Airpaz as well as they are just as useless in this process. BE AWARE! Professional Scammers!

If I could give 0 star I would have done it. This airline is bloody joke absolutely and is RUBISH airline DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE!!!! Each way delayed from Medan 3 times and returned from jakarta to medan 5 times, this the worst airline in the world Not only to medan but every single one of destinations have been delayed I would never fly with them again and I would not recommend to anyone

Not even 1 star worthy. Delay until the next day, so more than 12 hours. It's a disgrace!
