Been sitting waiting for a flight from Jakarta to Lombok for 1,5 hour and no information reg the delay from either the staff or on any screen. How can this even happen. Absolutely no respect for their customers. Will do my outmost to avoid this airline group in the future.

Had a really good experience with this company twice. The boarding was fast and we were all set to depart even before scheduled time. We also arrived at the destination a bit earlier. Very, very satisfied!

A very bad experience! The flight was delayed by three hours, and there was a power outage on the plane before the flight. The staff were mostly incompetent, and many employees could not speak English. On top of that, no one explained what had happened. Loading and unloading the luggage was also extremely slow. Never again with this airline! I would not recommend this airline to anyone.

Absolutely horrible. First flight had 2+ hours delay. Return flight had 5+ hours. Amazing. Wow.

Since only people with delays leave (bad) reviews, I’d figure maybe it’s also good to let others know when it all went smoothly. For my girlfriend and I, check-in, boarding and arrival went smoothly and on-time. Airplane was good enough and what you’d expect for a short flight.
