I have tried to communicate with you multiple times. The order was delayed by more than a month and no information provided. The order came without assembly instructions and any other reference in terms of maintenance of the product. Very bad. Will write a google review

Delivered on time, no damage. Fits great in the space. Can add stack out the top or side. Have not used yet but think it is perfect.

I like the heater but the mounting brackets were bent. I called and they just told me to bend them back. I told they were bent and not just that simple to bend the back. Still don't have replacement brackets as promised. I got an email said to just bend them. The are collapsed and need to be hammered into shape and I don't have the tools to do it. It's a $1000 heater and I don't think I should have to fix the brackets so I can mount it. Been 3 weeks now without able to finish the sanau.

Easy to assemble. Delivery was seamless. Wonderful product.

They were on sale. Ordering was easy. I received item a day sooner than expected. The rocks were perfect for my sauna tent. They were mostly mid to larger size of sizing with some smaller ones. Take awhile to heat up and retain heat over at least 20 minutes or longer when done. I have extras for a change out in the future.
