Sun Valley SaunasReviews of sunvalleysaunas.com

Love the sauna, does everything I expected it to do. It is in my garage and I’m in Pennsylvania so right now my garage temp is around 65-70 degrees. It takes about 20-25 minutes to heat to 125. The only issue I had was with how long it took (30 days) from when I placed the order. The ready to ship 5-8 days was quite deceiving. I had to contact sun valley saunas directly a few times before they finally sent me tracking for the freight. More transparency on how long it takes would be appreciated upfront.

The quality of what i purchased. I thought it was a little high priced. But when i saw it worth the money.

Great information and service

Their customer service is great! I bought a sauna from another company and could not get a response from them when I needed replacement parts. I called this company, and they got me in touch with the company I originally purchased the sauna from, and I was able to get what I needed. If not for their effort to help, I would have been stuck. And they helped me for no other reason than to be helpful. When I needed new rocks for my heater, I remembered their kindness and purchased the new rocks from them. I will continue doing business with them moving forward.

Fast delivery...great item.

Anyone I talked with at Sun Valley were extremely helpful and very cordial when I had any questions and I'm not sure anyone could beat their prices.

The selection of saunas was outstanding. The one we bought was a very high quality product. Wes helped us with a special shipping situation, and our sauna was delivered exactly when needed for installation. We've had it in place for a month now, and we've used it nearly every day. Great product and excellent customer service. Thanks, Wes!

Great Sauna! We purchased the Dynamic Santiago 2 Person Full Spectrum Sauna and set it up in our garage. The shipment was timely, the sauna was easy to put together, and it works fantastically. It easily reached the 151 degree max temp in about thirty minutes and does a great job at holding it. No issues so far after weeks of use and the speaker is a nice touch.
