I enjoy sitting in the sauna, but I can’t get it passed 128°

If I could give Sun Valley Sauna 10 stars I would. They have the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Everyone there is so helpful and they respond to any questions I had quickly. I would highly recommend Sun Valley Sauna to anyone thinking about buying a sauna !

The sauna is of very good quality especially the wood, smooth with no knots. Warms up and we get a good sweat going, combining that with a cool off either outside or in a cool pool. Notice I feel better after that routine! Bluetooth is a nice feature too

The sauna (Dynamic Saunas Bilboa 3 Person) did function well for a few months. Then the PCU failed, they are refusing to honor the warranty. It's to bad they do not stand behind their cheaply made sauna. -Lucas

Took my hubby and I less than 30 min to assemble! I’ve used it several times a week and it takes about 20 minutes to get above 120°. It’s absolutely wonderful! I’ve gotten it as hot as 140° and just sat there and roasted lol. The wood smells amazing. The glass door is beautiful. The Bluetooth sync works smoothly. I love the chromotherapy (colored lights at the top). I would definitely recommend this to my friends and purchase this again if I ever needed to! Customer service was very helpful when I had a few questions about how the lights worked. Shipping was pretty fast and a semi truck delivered it to my driveway and unloaded it into my garage. I took it from there. If you’re on the fence, you won’t regret buying this sauna!

Quick shipping and a great price.

I got an fd-1. I’ve been using it a bit over a month now and no issues thus far. It was fairly easy to assemble. I did one evening of just ‘unboxing’, then one evening of assembly. I did this solo, so it took about 2 hours overall. I called the sun valley folks ahead of my order and they were super helpful. I will say the fd-1 is a true 1 person. Not getting 2 people in that thing. I’d order the same thing again…mainly because I wanted to use a standard outlet, and it has a faster ‘heat up’ time. Works great.
