A great experience from sales to installation. Suntrek Solar keeps our pool heated without having to use our gas heater, Should have done it years ago.

The salesman was great! The installers were horrible! Absolutely horrendous craftsmanship. Messy, did not clean up after themselves. Crushed our plants, no respect for our patio, plants and yard. Sloppy, loud!!! If we had known they would be so terrible we would have never gone with Suntrek!!! To us that is tone of he most important parts of the system!!!!! The salesman was great!!!

The Suntrek team from Sales to Customer Service inside, to the Installation team are ALL top notch professionals. The were responsive, on time, and performed a quality installation of our Solar Pool heating system. The Total price was less than competition, but not the deciding factor. I liked their honesty and integrity in describing the equipment and its functionality and what we could expect of the equipment and the process. Their professionalism and track record won me over. We are thoroughly enjoying the use of our system and saving a lot of money on our gas bill.

excellent Customer services and fast they help me with my solar problem

The installers were rude, smoked onsite, cut 14 water lines with no notice to us and started backfilling without making repairs. Notification was poor and they left the job site in an unsafe condition at the end of the day.

Don’t feel the new system works as good as the old one. Left old glue marks all over the roof which are an eye sore to my neighbors. The customer service/phone people are all very nice

Estimate appointment and install was great. System startup was just an okay experience as the technician knew the system well but did not know how it was integrated/controlled by my pool control system.
