Nice warm pool

The workers that were sent I believe it was Rolie and one other gentleman were so professional. They were quiet and no-intrusive. They did a wonderful job. leaned up their mess and left the area as they found it.

One star for installation and customer service
I'm giving them one star, which could be a little harsh. The system itself has held up relatively well but the installation was a mess as they didn't do several major things that were included in the original order (including replacing the pump, they just connected to the old one even though I had paid for a new one!). Had I not reviewed everything post installation, I never would have known. After several phone calls and finally going back to the sales person (who was great by the way) they acknowledged this and came out and fixed everything. I've tried to avoid interaction with the company since then. The hardware itself seems to be working well, heating a large/deep pool despite the panels all facing east. I'm not sure about durability as we've had the system for a few years now and it seems to be getting more brittle with the sun (the panels are soft rubber). But if it lasts I will probably be satisfied as a customer.
