Unable to Cancel Subscription
I paid for a subscription and originally I was very satisfied with the product and price. After realizing I did not need that quantity, I tried to cancel the subscription so I could order when needed. This is the problem, I have not been able to get them to stop shipping and charging me. I created an account and tried to cancel. I emailed customer service, and have now placed a call to try and stop the subscription. Do not do subscriptions!

Hi, All subscriptions can be canceled by the customer once they log into their account. As we told you in the email that we received after the fact, we never received any emails previously and we are sorry you feel this way as we try our best to assist all of our customers accordingly. On the 26th when you sent us an email, we canceled your subscription. Please note that we checked all of our emails and didn't receive anything previously, if we did we would've apologized and provided you with a discount or anything to make the situation better. All we want is to make our customers satisfied and we take pride in it.
