My last shipment of gummies arrived with both seals on the jar open. I called and left a message and got no response. Very disappointed, as I've been ordering from them for years.

Placed an order 8/16/25, I received it 8/21/25. I noticed the gummies felt hard through the packaging so I turned it over to see an expiration date of 09/2025! I guess I am suppose to consume 30 gummies in just over a week or eat them expired. There were no disclaimers stating they were selling old, expired products. When confronted with the issue they said I would need to pay to ship them back and they’d then also take 15% off the refund total or they’d “send some samples” to offset the cost of the spoiled products. Obviously those were not acceptable, I didn’t want more of their expired products, I just wanted my money back. After some back and forth they agreed to email a prepaid shipping label. They received their expired gummies back on 9/2/25. It’s now 9/8/25 and they still haven’t refunded me or replied to my emails inquiring about the refund. I now have to contact my bank to dispute the charge, provide them all the tracking and photos, so they can take the money back from them, since they unsurprisingly aren’t honest.

I ordered the roll on hemp for my back. I was overcharged on my Credit card for 14.15 in shipping.It was so difficult getting anyone to answer the phone or even email back. Then they promised they would refund me but that didn't happen. After 3 weeks of emailing them and asking for my refund in shipping and not getting it I asked to return the unopened item. They said yes. They gave us the address and when we paid 18.00 to ship they refused the package and then UPS charged me 22.10 more to return the package back. I am out 91.61 and I wrote them over a week ago and asked that someone help me or I would write a review 10 days later. NO RESPONSE from them at all. Worst Customer service in my opinion. I believe your word is all you have in this life and theirs cannot be trusted.

Timeline: 1 week Received: 8 Dumbass Spam Emails Not Received: What I ordered. Not the courier's fault, it never left the warehouse. Maybe you should be a blog instead? And no, this was not the first time I've had an issue with them.

I am having trouble ordering the gummies I want. I presume Florida is the problem. But.... it is impossible to speak to anyone at Sun State. Have called for several days. No one returns calls.

The middle of june I ordered 125$ of Utra Blend. You took the money from my Discover card but never sent the goods. My website page shows that it never even got listed. Beginning Sept. I ordered another 125$ and a month later, no goods. I love your product and as I am recovering from major cancer operation and 6 weeks of radiation I really could use your product. Liked their product, price point and no problems with my orders.. but i asked for a full panel lab report which checks for heavy metals, pesticides ect... They told me that it was available but there was a fee for this.. that makes me think something is not quiet right.. ive been doing research on many companies.. some have the full panel report on their website.. ive had to contact a few about the full panel reports.. no problem.. they emailed me a copy of the report (NO CHARGE) a few would not reply or get back with the information.. makes it easy not to buy from those companies.. and until i see a full panel lab report from sun state, i will not be purchasing from them anymore. so for your safety.. before you buy anywhere, check if they have a full panel lab report.

Ordered for the first time and waited for over a week until I finally reached out because my order hadn’t shipped yet and they replied with part of my order being out of stock. Then message me and tell me that or send what you can and reimburse me for what was out of stock. I shouldn’t have had to reach out to see where my order was. They did not offer anything to make things right.
