Brought a pair of trekking poles at SunnySports, I received two left ones and no right pole, and the poles are full of scratches. I uploaded the photo and shipped the item back. They refused to return it. I'm really mad and told all my friends not buy anything from them.

I had an upcoming bike packing trip and did not have a small one person tent. I ordered the Kelty late start 1, and paid an additional $20 for two day shipping. That was three days prior to the trip. However when I went to track my package it was not coming until 8pm the day of my trip… this is the predicament because I would be in another state by that time. I contacted customer service to see why my 2 day shipping turned into three day shipping, according to the customer service woman it was my fault for not reading the fine print which is not included in the checkout, under the shipping section. I asked what the point was of me paying $20 for two day shipping, that took 3 days. All the while 3-5 day shipping is free (which I’m not so sure about after reading other reviews). I asked if the delivery date could be pushed ahead of time to no avail, and no help or other options were provided. So I instead asked if I could just be reimbursed for the shipping since they did not follow through with their commitment, but again they refused and put the blame back on me. All in all it was a bad experience they offered no help whatsoever, no compensation for a service they offer yet failed to provide, and didn’t even so much as offer an apology.

If I could give a '0' for stars I would. We ordered a tent online, received a notification that our card 'did not go through' and therefore we would not get the products ordered. We checked, nothing wrong with the card and even though the order was cancelled they still charged our card for $500. We called multiple times, had countless emails and incredibly poor customer service from all areas shuttled back between Adorama (whoever they are) and Sunnysports, each denying they could do anything to rectify the situation. I wonder if Sunnysports is even an entity.

sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.

Placed an order for shoes. They charged my card and then canceled my order without notifying me. The next day send me an email that the product I order is available. Call my card company to warn of suspicious charges. Their customer service made excuses but did nothing to help fix the situation. Wouldn't order from them.

Ordered a pair of snowshoes, they sent emails assuring me they had the product in stock, assigned me a personal shopping assistant who kept trying to get me to order more things, bombarded me with emails to come back to their website, did everything but fulfill my order. Most all internet orders either send you your order or tell you it's out of stock, not these guys, complete waste of time, do not order from this company.

Placed an order for swim suit on 2/12/22. Received confirmation of order. It shows my cc was charged on 2/12/22. No follow up emails since. 13 days later, still nothing. Checked online and it says BACKORDERED with no other info or options. Pretty lame customer service not to even let the customer know an order is backordered. Fortunately they did not actually charge my cc, so they get 2 stars instead of 1.
