Your products are overpriced and your return fees are extortionist
Your products are overpriced and you should disclose return policies in the sales call, as well as specific electric requirements for units. Don't expect people to be fully aware of the small print. This is business approach lacks integrity. Yes, disclosing your extortionist return fees will likely deter business, but then you will actually not leave a negative taste in the marketplace. If anyone actually reads this and responds in a real way I will be amazed.
