Solo system timer and temperature control are confusing and manual and directions poorly done. before I got the sauna someone from Sunlighten would call me at least once a week. After I got it and wanted help with set up and answering questions NO ONE would answer or return my messages. Awful customer service. The sauna works ok. The solo pad does not seem to heat up very well though.

It has been amazing to have a Sunlighten sauna in my home. The health benefits are great and I could not be happier. I use it at least four times per week.

The buying experience had its ups and downs. Some components of the system were missing from the original shipment and had to be sent separately. When I called and made you aware of the problem, it was rectified within a reasonable period. And your people were helpful in resolving the issue. I can't speak to your product because very shortly after the missing components were finally received, my mother fell and broke her hip. And I have been very involved in her care and support in the intervening period - without any spare time to learn how to use the system, set it up and/or take the time to use it. So my rating is directed toward the purchasing experience, not the actual product experience.

Sunlighten went above & beyond when I had an issue with my bench & made it very easy to exchange. They replaced it very quickly and I was back in my sauna in no time!

I have had the sauna “believe” for over two years. I love the product but am disappointed on the software. I have had the android replaced three times for malfunctions and I still have the issue occurring. The dials on the main screen keep disappearing and I frequently have to reset the device. I wish they can get their software together to make their product up to par with their marketing on their sophistication.

We purchased a Sunlighten mPulse bELIEVE; Sales person was excellent, the delivery and set up personnel also top-notched. However, we have not been pleased with the followup customer service, or lack thereof. In particular with information and guidance as to how to use the computerized control module in the unit. We called our local Sunlighten, where we bought the spa to get help on how to operate the equipment. When I called, I explained and the person who helped sent us to the Day Spa people. I explained and that person sent me back to customer service. I explained, again, was put on hold for 10 minutes with no help. I hung up and called back. The second time I got a different person, explained what happened and I suggested I speak to a sales representative. Again, got put on hold and never got through to anyone and I hung up again, very frustrated. Didn't call back. Now we have a wonderful unit and don't know how to use properly or at full capacity. Tried the manual, but still lots of things are not clear in it.

Great experience in every regard. Excellent product.

I love my Sauna pod. I aim for 4 sauna sessions a week as part of my health regime. It makes me feel amazing. I especially love it in the winter.
