I have had a Solo System for the past two months and I just LOVE it! I bought one because I have hip issues and I can't move much so I never sweat and I realize I need to for optimal health. Sweating is one of the major pathways of detoxification and is necessary for our body to remove the toxins we are exposed to everyday. Now with my Sunlighten Solo System I am sweating and I feel great! An amazing bonus has been weight loss which I didn't expect and I am so thrilled this is a part of my great healing journey.

This past winter I bought the highly acclaimed solo spa and have been beyond pleased with the results of regular usage. I chose the portable spa because it takes up much less space than the bigger ones and also required almost zero installation. A couple weeks ago after much use, one of the wires connecting the dome to the control unit came loose. I contacted Sunlighten and spoke with Noah about it. I was beyond surprised at the end result of the phone call. Sunlighten has an upgraded version of the solo spa and Noah is sending me AT NO CHARGE a new dome and control unit!!!! I was beyond shocked at the customer service!! Unbelievable!! And then to top it off, I had lost my remote during a move for the lights on the spa and asked if I could purchase the remote and Noah is sending me a remoter free of charge. I can't say enough about this company. There are alot of choices out there for infrared spas, so you might want to highly consider SUNLIGHTEN!!!!

The product is great, the but Customer Service is the WORST I have ever experienced. Third visit from Handyman matters, first time the wrong extension cord was sent and installed and Handyman found it was "sparking". The second time this morning Handyman came to install replaced solar heating panels, 9 of the 10 WRONG ONES were sent after waiting FOUR MONTHS after paying for them. Unbelievably horrible service.

I've had a Signature II sauna for almost 6 years. Just had my first issue with it. Thankfully Sunlighten (Dimitri & Mustafaa) got me the parts I needed to get it working again.

I love having a sauna in my home. However, after using it nearly daily for 3 months,Costco is offering a similar sauna as the Contour I purchased for a significantly less cost, $1,300; Ouch! Some of the panels still don’t work, and the sound resonance system is tied to the lights, so adjusting one system effects the other. The sound resonance system doesn’t work unless the volume is up to level 25, which is too loud to be relaxing.

Sales rep was not honest before the sale, story changing each time we spoke. Delivery was not on time and wasn't rushed until we called to cancel the order. They said it was shipped the day before we called but a call to the shipping company confirmed it wasn't shipped until the day after we called. Promises made before the sale were not followed up after the sale. The sauna received matched the previous years spec's not the new upgrades as told we would have over the phone. No customer service after the sale. no response to calls to the rep or emails. With that said - we love our sauna. Easy setup, excellent craftsmanship.

Can’t say enough about the product and the company thus far! Excited to expand my business and help those to heal with this beautiful piece of equipment! Thanks for all the great marketing material and advertising advice. The ease of ordering, customer communication, delivery, and set up is simply awesome.
