This has been a purchase from hell. Not at all what I expected from a reputable business The unit arrived damaged, not their fault. a replacement was sent. So far so good we are now March 2, Since our purchase in Dec. 14, there has been complicated miss steps on the billing part. first they charged all in one day. then 10 days later they refunded the smaller of the 2 portions, but when they charged again 2 weeks later we were charged an extra $241.00. This was never corrected in spite of our multiple requests to our sales rep, Joe. Then there is the matter of the luxury items. I did not want to pay $500.00 for cushions and towels etc . After long discussions it turns out I was paying for shipping under the pretense of luxury items, that I was supposed to receive anyway as a "gift" even though I did not want them, I wanted my money back. Joe, our rep, finally promised that all would be resolved to our satisfaction Tuesday... that was a week ago and giving him a week to smooth it all. Promising I would be happy at the end... nothing has been resolved. I will start a dispute with them through our credit card on Friday I am very dissatisfied with customer service. the unit is not up yet because my handy man is on sick leave I fear what would happen if the sauna has any kind of trouble like the other customer who could not get to a sufficient temperature . I have lost confidence in customer service and will never recommend to purchase from them, ever. Too bad for this company that has such a great reputation in circles who depend on sauna to improve difficult health conditions Myself, I am sorry I trusted them.

After doing some independent research on infrared saunas, I reached out to Sunlighten. I had a great experience with Deanna throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about the full range of Sunlighten saunas, while being a great listener regarding what I was looking for in an infrared sauna. She was very consultative and not hard selling at all. We spent a great deal of time on the phone discussing alternatives. In fact, originally I was leaning towards the Amplify III since I had experience with traditional saunas and liked the heat. However, my wife and I are into wellness and fitness and there were many additional benefits of the mPulse that were attractive to me. In addition, the variety offered with the technology and the overall design were appealing as well. That said, there was no pressure by Deanna to automatically upgrade to the mPulse. She wanted me to be sure we were getting the unit that was best for us. In the end, I decided to order the mPulse Conquer. Pricing was fair after applying discounts and referrals. It was delivered around the 5 week timeframe as promised. When we received the sauna, it took a while for me and my 22 year-old son to unpack everything and put it together, but it was worth it. Beforehand, I reviewed several manuals, assembly videos, and did research to get everything assembled correctly. In terms of operation, it works as promised, including being plenty hot, no issues there. In addition to appreciating the 6 preset programs that heat to about 135 degrees, I created custom 45 and 60 minute programs with max heat up to 158 degrees. On the tech front, I downloaded music apps like Pandora, Spotify, and SiriusXM with no problem. In terms of video,YouTube, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and others work fine. The stereo and chromotherapy work fine as well. The placement in our basement is right outside our workout room and close to a basement bathroom. I am looking forward to exploring everything the sauna has to offer!

I found the Sunlighten product on a google search and noticed that it was backed by some of my favorite doctors (Amy Myers, Mark Hyman, GOOP, etc...). I was immediately contacted by Stefanie Marshall, who was so incredible to talk through all my questions and concerns with. She was patient and kind, not to mention incredibly knowledgeable about the product. She spent hours talking through the benefits of this product, and also addressed all of the specific concerns I had, with so much knowledge! There was zero pressure and I felt very supported in my purchase. I have yet to receive my Solo System, but I have so much trust in this Company after having spoken with Stefanie. It has been the best experience so far, and I would highly recommend buying through Sunlighten because it is very apparent that they sincerely care, which is very difficult to find these days. Bri was a great help when purchasing our saunas! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly. She made the purchasing process a breeze; she even helped me order some additional items for our saunas weeks later.

We love our sunlighten signature series sauna. My naturopath suggested that we get a sauna due to high levels of heavy metals found during testing. We spent some time reading about saunas online and watching videos. We found a lot of conflicting information which made it harder to decide which sauna to buy and whether to buy one at all. Fortunately we were introduced to Bri at Sunlighten. The brand felt credible with studies to back up its claims. The sauna is very well made. We hired a local furniture installation company to do the installation which they were able to complete in a couple of hours. Since then we have been using the sauna daily. Besides detoxing heavy metals, it is also very relaxing to be in the sauna. It is highly recommended.

Evan was very knowledgable and professional and answered all of my many questions with patience. Purchasing a home sauna is a decision that we didn't make lightly and Evan was so helpful in getting us to the point where we felt totally comfortable making the purchase. He was able to give me all the details I needed as I was shopping around. From sending me pictures and specs of various units and several phone calls, to getting me the best possible price, Evan went above and beyond.
