I worked with a great, extremely knowledgeable and sincerely personable representative: Scott Gasparini ! He answered all my questions in a genuinely kind and friendly manner. He is super knowledgeable about the product, the science behind it and the company. He worked with me for quite some time and was always patient. He definitely deserves a raise! After several conversations with Scott, learning about the product and the company, I am excitedly looking forward to receiving my sauna. I also learned that this great company will continue to provide communication from Scott to address any concerns I might have after receiving the product.

George was awesome to work with. I was trying to figure out which sauna I wanted, and he was extremely knowledgable on each and every one and the benefits. I ended up buying (2) different saunas from him. I would HIGHLY recommend working with George if you'd like to know the ins and outs and all the benefits obtained by purchasing a full spectrum sauna.
