The sauna is fantastic. The assembly was much harder than we anticipated. Pieces are quite heavy and getting pieces to line up took a lot of effort. Once it’s in place and accessible at home, it’s life-changing.

Ordered two very nice back supports for my sauna, only received one. Tried repeatedly to contact customer support via their email address no response. Next I went to the website for a phone number to call, it went to voice-mail then disconnected multiple times. I the went to chat and finally had someone there email customer service for me. I did get a response the second item would be shipped immediately, well after 10 days and two emails to the customer service person with no response I wrote again said cancel my order and issue a refund. Amazing i got a response that my item was shipped overnight delivery and it finally arrived. Under no circumstances would I order here again and would advise others to go elsewhere, what a disappointment!

I was simply looking for prices of saunas and couldn’t get a price from sunlighten online without giving a lot of information so I stopped the inquiry after giving my phone number, what a mistake giving even that much. I got e-mails and texts and phone calls from Brandon at sunlighten and what a jerk. He wouldn’t leave me alone. I told him I had found a different company and he proceeded to tell me in not so many words how stupid I was for buying without talking to them first, if I was only interested in price then I was pretty much stupid and deserved what I got. I was just online shopping and looking for a good price. Sorry Brandon (Sunlighten) not everybody can afford your product. Pressure sales are a big turn off for me. My interaction with Brandon made me wonder if they are as good as they claim or do they just use pressure tactics and try to shame you into buying their product. They may have the best product but sales tactics like Brandon uses is not for me.

Great product that’s easy to put together. Awesome sales force. I really felt like I was valued as a customer.

The Android Tablet that has been provided with the sauna only supports version 10 and it can’t be upgraded. The issue with this version 10 1. Some apps can’t be downloaded due the last update being November 1, 2019. 2. Security updates have ceased since February of this year and is now unsupported. Having the latest security patch updates is crucial for several reasons: 1. When we purchased the sauna, it made no mention that the device or tablet was only able to support Android 10 and that security updates are no longer supported If Sunlighten had have mentioned this at the time of purchasing the sauna we certainly would have not purchased the sauna.
