Never received my order. Total scam

Ordered early December still no glasses and no refund even though I have asked multiple times!

Horrible company. I still have not received my order from the first week of December. I got a reply back claiming items were back ordered and stuck in customs. Said my order would be priority shipping end of December or first week of December. We are now into February and I still don’t have my order. Scam.

Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and cases paid for exspress shipping, here we are in Feb. 2026 and I have no product also no response. Emailed several times. Pretty crappy company

After being very late with my order I finally received my order but it was wrong. Not the glasses I ordered. I emailed and got one reply and then nothing. The product is actually really good but the customer service and the shipping departments are non existent. I’d like to order more but won’t because the service is so bad.

I wanted to follow up on my last review, order finally came in and it’s perfect 10/10 already ordered more. That being said beware of the shipping, it takes very long to arrive and customer service may take weeks to respond. PS: Packaging is great, could definitely add less plastic waste

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses on November 30 and still have not received them! It's February! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I have received countless emails stating there was a shipping delay, promising delivery within 5 business days on multiple occassions and refusing to refund me for my purchase.

I ordered sunglasses from Los Reyes well before Christmas and was told they would arrive two weeks before Christmas. After several follow-up emails and no clear updates, the sunglasses didn’t arrive until the end of January. To make matters worse, I only received a response to my emails after the package was delivered, simply stating that they had been delivered. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend
