Shipping is poor. Don’t believe what they say on their website. My ship date was June 25 according to the website. I still haven’t gotten it (it’s July 19). Asked for a refund, but was told all sales are final and my order was in the queue.

After being very late with my order I finally received my order but it was wrong. Not the glasses I ordered. I emailed and got one reply and then nothing. The product is actually really good but the customer service and the shipping departments are non existent. I’d like to order more but won’t because the service is so bad.

The order was fine but never received product! They said shipment would be in, but then stopped communication. I had to request reimbursement through PayPal.

My son really wanted a pair Los Reyes sunglasses for his birthday. The glasses were fairly priced so I ordered them. I received a shipping notice within a couple days with a tracking number. I checking the tracking number for 3 days after I received it and there was no updates. I emailed about the status multiple times and never got a reply. I reached via social media and still no reply. The customer service was awful. I will never order from them again

The glasses were received timely, but we never received the sohoodie. I reached out to you, and was notified the sohoodie was going to be shipped from another warehouse. And to notify you if I didn't get the sohoodie by the next week. We haven't received it, I sent another email informing you we hadn't received it and I haven't heard anything from you.
