We ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses in early May 2026, estimated delivery on their site and our receipt was “7-10 days”… we waited 3 MONTHS to get the sunglasses. Did we contact them asking where our order was you ask? You betcha! 21 times via email (the only way to contact them btw) and each and every time we received an AI reply saying “we’re working on it, thanks for your patience”… 3 MONTHS is too long to wait for an average product. Don’t be fooled by their marketing or scheming sales, trust me.

Do not order with this company! Two months i’ve been waiting for my order! 7/31/26 I received an email that the shipping label was created but tracking it USPS is still waiting for the package! Today is 8/4/26! I have made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau

It's been over 10 weeks, no sunglasses. Multiple emails and ask they say is,"they're coming" no tracking, no shipping, nothing. Refused to refund money, don't bother.

Purchased sunglasses may 25 for a july 4th theme (Rocket pop). I was told July 2nd they couldn't refund me, as order was full-filled. Its July 23rd and still nothing. They are full of sh*t and lost my business for good

The company can improve by abiding by their words . On the website it states orders are processed between 1-3 days. And for special items up to 14 business days . I placed an order on May 4th for some sunglasses for my kids baseball season coming in June . I had a special item that was to be released on May 30th . I have yet to receive confirmation of items . It has now been 90 days and weeks of emailing them. All they tell me is it's in the queue thank you for your patience we assure you it's being worked on . Terrible customer service . I've requested a refund at this point as baseball season has now come and gone and it's been wayyyyy too long with no answers . I didn't pay money to have nothing to show for it. This is the worst company and I suggest no one order from them . Has anyone ever actually received their order from them ?

Shipping is poor. Don’t believe what they say on their website. My ship date was June 25 according to the website. I still haven’t gotten it (it’s July 19). Asked for a refund, but was told all sales are final and my order was in the queue.

Never got my glasses waited months with customer support just saying they are in the queue. Like wtf does that even mean? lol total scam my credit card refunded me because they wouldn’t.

Placed an order end of May for buy - get one. Was supposed to ship by June 21st. Still waiting and customer service is a joke. Very disappointed. Will not order again. It should be illegal what they do to people. If you can’t fulfill and order don’t sell the item!
