Sun Express Flying from Stansted to Antalya- through a TUI holiday from the very start ! An absolutely shambles! I will never fly again with Sun Express & this is why. No organisation at the departing airport (maybe that’s the airports fault) Changed the queues twice, causing absolute chaos Boarded ok, but plane was stifling hot, no air - we sat for 15 minutes on the tarmac, there was an announcement from the pilot, but you couldn’t hear it! We asked the stewardess what was going on, she said all aircraft was grounded for half an hour, due to weather conditions, we saw Ryanair & others taking off! We then sat for 1 hour and 40 minutes on the tarmac, with no air, the stewardess served drinks ( at a charge) water was charged as well, no communication from the pilot! What they told us was an absolute lie! I will never fly with Sun Express again through TUI

Booked with this airline as tour operator stated bags included. No problem flying out of UK. When flying out of Dalaman, check in desk said no bags included. Showed him paper documents stating bags included. Told me to ring sunexpress. No phone reception so paid £60. Trying to claim this back is difficult. No clear customer complaints page. Sunexpress phone operator directed me to defunct webpage. Also said it wasn't for bags it was for checkin (I'd done that online the day before - I have proof). I doubt I'll get this money back without spending hours chasing it.

This airline makes Ryanair seem like a blessing. Terrible service. No communication with a 24hr delay with no food. Horrible hotel that makes a prison look appealing.

Unkomplizierte Buchung über den Reiseveranstalter TUI, Check-in hat online problemlos funktioniert, Sitzplätze konnten einfach gebucht werden und die Abwicklung am Flughafen verlief auch reibungslos. Der Service an Bord ist relativ einfach gehalten. Man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten.

Sun Express App has one job to generate boarding passes - can’t even do that! Had to print boarding passes like we live in Stone Age.

Got refunded my baggage allowance via booking.com and could not for love nor money sorted it out on their website. Got to Antalya airport for my return flight and was charged double for baggage. Not impressed Never again

I checked in at Atlalya Airport with sun express, on the 1st of June 2025 flight number XQ560 08:25 - 11:15 to Leeds Bradford. The staff member claimed i had not done the online check in, i assured him that i had done this the day before, and showed him the confirmation email on my phone, he replied there is nothing on his screen and it would be £15 pounds each? Total of £45 as i had my two children, I decided to pay as the staff member did not have great English and he had clearly made up his mind. I passed him my card, i was expecting to input my pin number into a machine but he just typed in my card details and gave me it back with my boarding passes, When i went to passport control i got a notification on my phone that he had in fact taken £60.74, not the amount he told me. I found this to be very unprofessional and sneaky, and somehow another turkish scam. I am extremely unhappy about this situation this left me no money to purchase food for me and my children. I would like a full refund immediately The flight was delayed and very uncomfortable seats, and extortionate prices for snacks and drinks. Shi*e airline.

Appalling customer service, I'm speechless. From the rude staff to the terrible service. We booked with TUI but got put with these clowns. It won't be happening again. Virgin here we come !!!
