Doesn't seem legit. Ordered a table with a shipping date of two weeks ago and nothing. Reached out to support and they gave me another shipment date and that has also come and gone. Seems like a drop-shipping company. Who knows if I'll ever get the product.

The chair is beautiful, the price was competitve, and the delivery was smooth. I will be ordering from Sundial Home again.

I bought a console online. I didn`t like its color. I did not even set it and put it back to the box. When I call them, they told that it is not returnable. What kind of store can sell an item without any return option? It is not visible on the sales page. Return policy can only be seen by clicking on it if you pay attention that it is not returnable. At this time, while any store, even one dollar stores, can take back an unused product, you cannot have the option of not taking back any product that is not set and notified to you within 24 hours.

Hi Seyid, thank you so much for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the console didn’t meet your expectations. While most items are eligible for return, there are a few exceptions, and unfortunately, this item is one of them. We do include this information on the product page to help ensure everything is clear before purchase. We truly appreciate your understanding, and if there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

The tables are beautifully made. Only slight disappointment is that we ordered two and the tops are not the same color. One is much lighter. The delivery process was excellent.

It was easy to order and the price was fantastic. The delivery was smooth and the people that coordinated the delivery stayed in touch with me the entire time. I was well informed throughout and there was a delay, but even with that, they continued to keep me posted all along the way.

Ordering process, shipping, and delivery went smoothly. Item was wrapped well; however, there were still some small blemishes on the metal sides of the chair. Overall, I am pleased and ordering a second chair.

Beautiful piece!
