Only kibble my dog is ok eating

If I could give Sundays for Dogs a Zero I would. When I first ordered the food I wanted to ask some questions about the food but you can never get a hold of anyone at customer service. They then sent me an email that they were delayed in getting the food ready and it would be coming late. They didn't know when it would be ready. I decided that they weren't reliable so I canceled my order. After my cancellation they put a charge on my credit card. Again, I tried to get ahold of someone and finally an email said I would get a refund. Today I get an email saying my food is being shipped! I tried several times to speak to someone in customer service to let them know I cancelled a week ago and have the email to prove it but no one answers the phone as per usual. I don't want the food. I want nothing to do with Sundays. They are a scam. Buyer Beware!

My dog consistently enjoys the Sundays for Dogs products and it gives me peace of mind that his nutritional needs are being met. The ordering process is easy and reminders each month allow adjustments to the schedule or delivery information if needed. Great product and customer service!

Sunday's is one of the few things my Shih Tzu will eat. I supplement with boiled chicken, some fish & some beef, however, Sunday's is a blessing since he is so very picky. Thank you!

I have been with you for 3 + years, and the same bag of food just isn’t going as far. I called to ask if amounts had changed and they said no but something is definitely off, For the last three months, the bag I’ve been using every two weeks, isn’t making it two weeks? I was told by Sunday’s employee that maybe I should purchase a bigger bag. We tried bigger bags and the food turned moldy bc we couldn’t use it fast enough. I am a loyal customer, but starting to feel scammed? I haven’t changed amounts or increased feeding times. If I don’t get answers I may start searching for another company. Really disappointed bc I thought I finally found a great company with ethics.😢

Every call I made was quickly answered & handled. Our dog has been on beef, chicken,fish & has now stopped eating it. We’re going to try a different food & see if he’ll go back to SUNDAYS later.

S F D is perfect for my 9 year old 16 pound dog Sugar. Everyone asks what I feed her and one of our friend’s dog Sugar plays with almost every day just started the beef S F D! I recommend you join us!
