Great service and my dog loves the food.

The food seems to be made from good ingredients. My dog likes to eat it. The company has been responsive to my questions and needs.. A little pricey for me to use as the sole food source for my dog.

Great customer service! I experienced an issue with my auto-ship. I called and the representative was very pleasant and fixed the problem.

All is good, but I was overcharged on my last order.

Like the product. My dog tolerates it pretty well along with a daily probiotic. Have ongoing issue with timeliness of product in transit. Previously they shipped via USPS and utilized FedEx for replacement orders. Now they’re supposedly only using USPS. Now orders taking 9-14 days to Hawaii via USPS. Last order was sent via FedEx (go figure) and stayed at a Mississippi site for nearly a week. Sundays sent a replacement (again via FedEx). Original order arrived after 9 days. Replacement order shipped 7/30 and went from MS site to TN one as of 8/12. Trialing another air dried brand purchased at Petco. I’m not wanting to deal with untimely delivery.

The company was understanding of our dog’s needs and helped tailor a schedule for deliveries that fits our needs perfectly. The dogs love the food, although I find that they aren’t satisfied with their portions and so I add it to their other kibble, Nature’s Logic. I would definitely recommend them to others.
