My poor dog has battled allergies her whole life. I have tried everything....including what the vet recommended. After introducing my pup to Sundays for dogs, slowly as to not mess up her stomach, I started seeing a change. After about 3 to 4 weeks she haf stopped itching and started healing. I had even cooked human food for her and she didn't clear up that fast. This product is amazing and it is very pricey for the amount you get. I plan to try and cook human food for my dog because of the price but if b she breaks out again, I know exactly where to go. This product is absolutely amazing! Me and my vet have tried everything for 8 years and Sundays for Dogs is the only thing that has worked. If they could bring the price point down and actually deliver on time, it would be a no brainer for me. However, its never when they say it will be anf I've even ordered early to get it sooner and still run out before ot shows up. Im not blaming them because I'm sure they are swamped with people like me that found something that finally works. I hope they can overcome these issues because their product is amazing and it works. I ordered my 1st box on May 24th and was told I’d receive it on May 31st. It is now June 3rd, and I have nothing. I was told it was shipped on May 26 by Sunday; however, Fed Ex says they have not received it. I emailed 2 days ago and received no response. I emailed twice today and at least received acknowledgment. They have crappy customer service hours. I want my money back because this is unacceptable.

Our dog Luna is an extremely picky eater. We thought we would give Sundays for dogs a try. She's LOVES it !!! No toppers, no bargaining, just set the bowl down and she licks it clean. Thank you for making a food for picky dogs that is good for them and tasty.

We really wanted to love this dog food subscription service, but the shipping reliability has been incredibly frustrating. We understand that living in Hawaii can sometimes affect delivery timelines, but in this day and age there’s no reason delivery dates should be this unpredictable and inconsistent — especially for a subscription service centered around pet food. The entire point of a recurring delivery service is being able to rely on it. Instead, we constantly find ourselves waiting, wondering where the shipment is, and scrambling at the last minute to find alternative food for our dog when deliveries are delayed. It’s stressful, time-consuming, and ultimately ends up wasting money because we have to purchase backup food despite already paying a premium for this service. What’s even more frustrating is that customer service has not been proactive when problems happen. Recently, they offered to help with a delayed shipment, but instead of immediately sending the expedited replacement they mentioned, they delayed things further by asking me to confirm the shipping address — the exact same address tied to the active subscription. After that, they responded saying it would still take another 12 days to arrive. How does that make any sense for an “expedited” replacement for pet food people actively rely on? The food itself may be good, but the logistics and customer support seriously need major improvement. A subscription service only works if customers can depend on consistent, timely delivery!!

Their subscription is not a straight-forward cancellation, so they make it hard to stop the service. My dogs ate the food, but their stools were running once I shifted them to majority Sunday. Much better options out there for the price!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Not only do my dogs really enjoy the healthy dog food, the customer service from Sundays for dogs is amazing. They have the best customer I’ve experienced in a very long time. I was traveling recently and was worried that I wasn’t going to have enough food because one of my dogs reacted badly to the poultry version, that has nothing to do with the food it has to do with my dogs digestive system. I needed the beef variety… and not only did I I need it immediately, I needed it shipped to a different address because we were traveling. Not only did they make sure I got the beef variety at the location where I was going to. They also made sure I had the beef variety when I got back home so that my fur babies were able to keep on their diet continuously. Those of us who have dogs we know that if we switch their diets up, sometimes it can be very bad. Every time I reached out to them the communication was outstanding. I would rate them number one in customer service as well as a dog food. They are absolutely right. The dog poops outside are incredibly healthy and that’s a tad disgusting but it’s also a fact. I feed my two twice a day. When it’s food time, they get excited. One of them can’t even wait for the scoop to hit the bowl. She just tries to eat right out of the scoop. I have never had that from any other dog food that they’ve had. We do board them from time to time and I’ve noticed comments from the staff. The dogs are calmer. I wonder if the other foods weren’t causing some of their anxiety issues. Because they seem to be doing better during storms too. I know food can affect us humans. I wonder if it affected them. Which makes me feel bad that I didn’t get Sundays sooner.

I have 2 of the pickiest miniature schnauzers that I’ve ever had. I have tried everything from High quality kibble, to farmers dog and even fresh pet. The funny thing is they like the food from Piper’s bag and not Ivey’s even though they’re the same! Thank you Sunday for being a life saver!

Taco loves his Sundays for Dogs meals and I love how quickly the food ships (it always arrives before the estimated delivery which is great)! His fur looks shinier and healthier since i've made the switch and overall very happy with the switch!
