We had four dogs that we believe were exposed to thyroid, but we only tested one dog but all 4 dogs had symptoms. During the vets entire career she had never seen a hyperthyroid dog. We just assumed the others would test the same as well. All dogs were taken off of Sundays and everybody is happy and healthy now. Within one month of stopping the food, her thyroid normalized. we were feeding the beef version. We had to spend thousands on their food and then a lot of vet bills because our dogs became aggressive with each other, which had never happened. I asked Sundays what they were going to do about it.. crickets. I finally decided I'm going to leave reviews about it because I am hoping other pet parents won't go through what we've been through. We don't even know if this will shorten the life of our dogs?! we don't know how long they were exposed. We love our babies. I wish they would tell us what happened.

I really like the food itself and my dogs do great on it, but the shipping has become incredibly frustrating. Multiple orders have arrived several days later than the promised delivery date, leaving me without food for my dogs and scrambling for an alternative. For a subscription dog food company, reliable delivery isn't optional—it's a critical part of the service. An occasional delay is understandable, but when it happens repeatedly, the subscription becomes difficult to rely on. I want to keep using Sundays, but they really need to fix their fulfillment and delivery issues.

My dog has been on Sundays for 2 years. She loves it and so do I. The fact they don't use synthetics or vitamin packs was why I chose it. I have had some issues with their delivery companies, but customer service has always been good. And as of late, delivery has been fine too.

The customer service does not exist. they don't respond to voice mails, e-mails, phone calls or texts. They took my money two weeks ago and then six days later they told me that the flavor didn't exist and I needed to pick something else. I did. After numerous calls, texts, e-mails and phone calls I got to talk to a human. He assured me the food would be shipped out the following business day. It was not. There's no status on the web page. They also didn't fully refund me for the price difference from the foods.

They called me personally to make sure everything was great with my dogs, that I received everything okay and to make sure I know I have support if I need help with transitioning. I’m impressed with the food having switched from farmer’s dog. Dogs love it more than any other food I’ve ever seen them eat.

Had high hopes for this, I wish my dogs had liked it better. I paid $116 for a trial: two weeks of food for two dogs. Before that period ended they billed me again for a full monthly plan, I called and texted immediately when I saw the charge. It shipped two hours later and THEN they replied they saying it already had processed and they refused a refund. Super lame, will dispute the charge.

Was charged for an order on the 12th of August. Notified their Customer Service but never settled anything. This company used to be great but seem to have a problem with fulfilling their subscription orders. $533 was charged but never received anything.
