My dogs love the food
My dogs love the food! It's easy and convenient - just scoop and go. No refrigeration necessary. Feeding the dogs has never been easier!

Our Co-founder and Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Tory Waxman started Sundays as a solution to her own everyday problem: She couldn't find a dog food that was as nutritious and fresh as home-cooked meals and as convenient as dry food. And that’s how Sundays, the first fresh, air-dried food of its kind, was born. Our mission is to make it easier to be an awesome dog parent. We take the headache out of fresh food, making a nutritious and affordable solution that does require a fridge or freezer like leading raw and frozen brands. Sundays has the cleanest ingredients around; is 100% human grade; and has a Customer Care Pack who love dogs as much as you do, and are available every day for you and your pup!
Sundays for Dogs (sundaysfordogs.com) has 1,169 customer reviews on Five Star Index, with an average rating of 4.2 out of 5.

My dog loves Sundays for dogs even though there is no way to speak directly to anybody which we ALL prefer to do They respond each time in a timely manner and very helpful! Great customer service!

I would have given it 5 stars, but I also had the experience of waiting an extra long time to receive my trial pack. However, I did have a good experience with customer service, so I stuck with it. In the end, I like having real food ingredients listed and my dog LOVES it!

Scam!!!I paid $70 for a two week supply. I got an email saying it was delivered which it was not. I sign in to my account to email them and see that the second order has shipped on the supposed delivery date of trial and cannot be canceled. I also noticed the trial bag was only 36 oz. Supposed to feed a growing puppy for two weeks?? The two week trial is not two weeks of full meals. I emailed explaining that my trial has not arrived and yet they’ve shipped out the full price order for $120. I didn’t even get a chance to decide with the trial. Which is the whole point of the trial. I canceled immediately losing out on $120 after reading all the negative comments online. Should have researched better from the start. Whether the food is healthy or not I can’t say. My puppy will eat anything. I was feeding Farmers Dog which I liked and will stick with.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the unusual billing cadence you experienced. You should have never been charged for another order before your pup had the chance to dig into their trial. We take this feedback extremely seriously and have since rolled out smarter subscription logic to make sure our new customers have plenty of time to decide if Sundays is the right fit for them. Regarding the recommendation for your two week supply, this is based off of the inputs provided during the quiz questionnaire. While 36 oz may sound like a small amount, every bowl of Sundays is more nutritionally dense than your average serving of kibble (the higher volume is often attributed to the added fillers and synthetics). This means it may look like you’re feeding a smaller amount of food, but your pup is still getting the right amount of calories and nutrients.

So I decided to order this dog food when I saw the promotion they have going on (50% and the Fi smart collar). I put in my order and it gave me an estimate of Jan 17-20 when my order would come. I was unaware that this subscription was 200 dollars and when I saw I decided to cancel my subscription as I can’t afford 200 dollar dog food every 5 weeks. I hadn’t received my order yet and it and it was past the 20th and I did not want to be charged the 200 dollars. The moment I canceled the dog food I got an email saying that my order was delayed. I didn’t get the dog food until after the date I would’ve been charged for the subscription (how would I know if my dog liked the food). My dog doesn’t mind the food but she really doesn’t care ab it either way. I also did not receive the fi collar, which no big deal but also why promote this until the 1/31 and not have enough? Idk I just don’t think it’s worth the money and hype people give it. Also I can’t find any way to submit a review on their website anywhere and it seems their reviews are only 5 stars.

Hi Lasa! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re so sorry to hear your first order arrived later than expected. We want you to know that shipping speed and reliability is a top priority for our team, and we’ve rolled out some improvements to this experience (like upgraded shipping services) that should ensure your order arrives right on time going forward. If you and your pup would be open to trying another recipe, we’d love to show you a proper Sundays experience. Much like humans, our dogs can have strong preferences for different flavors! As for your Fi collar, you should have been sent a code to redeem this via email. Feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected], and we can provide your code as well!

Customer Service is nonexistent, all automated responses. Their system doesn't fully update sometimes as I've had duplicate orders (they talk about in their FAQ, and have had trouble going through pages of their cancellation process and it didn't even stick. Phone number is disconnected.

Stanule, thank you for taking the time to leave this valuable feedback. It should never be difficult to get in touch with us, and we’re dismayed to hear you had such a poor experience. You’ve highlighted some clear improvement areas for us, and we’re pleased to share that updates to our account and cancelation pages are already underway. A more streamlined web experience and quicker response times are actively in the works should you ever give Sundays another chance—we appreciate the reminder of how important this is.

wow, my poor dog got sick eating this crap vomiting and diarrhea needless to say wont be using this crap ever again, was wondering if other pets have gotten sick eating this over rated dog crumbs. also if you have any questions or concerns, complaints forget it you will never get through their "customer service" they are none existent 2/6/25 today I received a reply from Sunday’s bot apparently there are no real people working at this place they just take your money and run. I have not received any resolutions (shocker) I don’t think I will ever see a refund for this overpriced and overrated dog food. I’ve got had but what hurts the most is that I put my dogs health at risk for this crap. Keep my money Sunday but you keep doing this to people and you won’t be in business long you’re not only stealing from well Intentioned pet owners you are endangering the health of many dogs SHAME on you for being an u ethical company!

Hi Hilda - we’re incredibly sorry to hear about your pup’s tummy troubles after trying Sundays. We completely understand how scary this can be when testing a new food! While changes in stool are fairly common during diet changes, more sensitive pups may need a slower transition to new foods (much like humans). With that in mind, our team is always happy to investigate further if there’s a concern with the bag you received. It looks like a member of our Care team requested more details regarding your order in an email on January 23rd. We’d love to hear from you so we can look into this and process a full refund!
