The customer support is second to none
The customer support is second to none. Recently I had contact with Cicelle and Jai and they were great. And my picky pooch Minnie and my grandpuppy Lulu love the food!

Our Co-founder and Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Tory Waxman started Sundays as a solution to her own everyday problem: She couldn't find a dog food that was as nutritious and fresh as home-cooked meals and as convenient as dry food. And that’s how Sundays, the first fresh, air-dried food of its kind, was born. Our mission is to make it easier to be an awesome dog parent. We take the headache out of fresh food, making a nutritious and affordable solution that does require a fridge or freezer like leading raw and frozen brands. Sundays has the cleanest ingredients around; is 100% human grade; and has a Customer Care Pack who love dogs as much as you do, and are available every day for you and your pup!

Best ever. I have two very picky eaters. They love this food. Grateful for this company. Dogs are happy and healthy.

We decided to try an air dried food for our 3 dogs as the fresh (frozen) human grade plan we were on was labor intensive with 3 separate plans and all the containers required for thawed meals. Not to mention the room the meals took up in the freezer. Initially our pups dove into the Sundays. It took almost 3 weeks to get our trial subscription and the company shipped our first order before we even got our trial order. Thankfully the dogs loved the Sundays. My first and second interaction with the company went well and my issues were resolved promptly. Then came "the biggie". I still had 3 full large bags of food plus half another bag and was informed my next order would be shipping soon. WHAT? It had only been a short time since I received my first order. I went into my account and modified the ship date for the order. That should have taken care of it but a pop up revealed that even though I changed the ship date the charges would be processed on the original scheduled ship date. I immediately fired off an email to resolve this issue and....crickets! (which I have noted is a common complaint) No response to my email. After 3 days I went in and cancelled all future orders and am currently trying two other brands of air dried food. This company has a decent product though it is very pricy. However, their customer service is so poor I'd be surprised if they are able to stay in business if they don't address this issue immediately. As a business owner for over 35 years I know how important customer service is and this company has fallen flat on its face in this area.

This company has one of the worst subscription services out there. I ordered from them a discounted trail on January 29th and then I clicked 5 weeks after to be delivered. Instead they sent and charged me 200 on February 6th. They sent a email two days before my order that I missed but still I clicked 5 weeks and that’s what I planned on. After reading over 50 Reddit reviews of others going through the same issue and many BBB. I am not alone. Thrive market was sued for similar practices. I will be talking to my lawyer this is not right.

We have four rescue dogs and this is the first food I have tried that they all love. If there is anything left in a bowl it is certain to be eaten by someone! Previously I wasted lots of money, time, and freezer space trying different types of food, with little success. Sundays for dogs has made my life so much easier, and I have four well-fed healthy dogs as well.

We started feeding our 75-pound Doberman Sunday’s for Dogs in mid-January. We had previously been feeding her a very good quality (and expensive) dry dog food. Our dog has a long history of flaky skin, and in the last six months had begun to develop little hairless spots that were crusty, sort of like eczema. Our litmus test for Sunday’s dog food was whether or not those spots and the flakes disappeared. And disappear, they did! Within two weeks the spots were no longer crusty, and now, after one month, they are all gone. I can’t even tell where they were, except that I did take pictures. And when I brush her, there are no flakes. I was initially surprised by the small amount of food that Sunday’s recommended for our dog. It certainly didn’t equal the quantity of the dry food that our dog had been eating. But I weighed the portions according to the directions and began to feed her the recommended amount. Surprisingly, she's more satisfied with Sunday’s than her dry food. She loves this food! She drools big spit bubbles as she’s waiting for us to put her bowl down. She's lost a little bit of weight, but she needed to. Now she’s svelte again, but not skinny. So the amount that Sunday's recommended is perfect. Yes, Sunday’s is more expensive than dry food. But we’ve made the changes to our budget in order to continue feeding our dog this food. Her health is worth it.

I used to make my dog’s food from scratch. It would take me about 6 hours on the weekend to make a one-month batch. Sundays for Dogs is the closest thing to this level of food but without the arduous work involved. The air-dried food is extremely easy to work with and is one hundred times better than kibble in terms of nutrition. My dog is a 12-year old chihuahua mix, very muscly and active, and she truly loves this food (she prefers turkey but has had all the options). And that’s actually the top reason I’ve stuck with Sundays For Dogs: of course it’s very nutritious, but when your dog also looks forward to her meals and actually licks the bowl clean, you know you’ve found a winner.
