My dog loves Sundays and it's good, very good, for her. I like the convenience of having it delivered, and it's easy to store. Customer service is exceptional.

My subscription comes right on time each month.

The products are great! Customer service is only via emails, there is no person who can answer the questions. Process of ordering online is beyond ridiculous and simply is impossible to navigate. And what is more ridiculous is that this terrible website is requiring to have permanently a credit card on website. I am with this company for 5 years because the dog food is good, and during all those 5 years, the company is incapable to fix all those issues.

Good food, my skinny boy is keeping weight on for the first time in 6 years. Just wish it didn’t cost so much. The cost is prohibitive.
