We love the property at the Brigantine Beach Club; however, we were not happy with the condition of the kitchen on arrival. A cabinet door and the sink were very greasy; there was a bottle of some unknown substance in the freezer; and there was a spoon covered in a white substance that looked like dried ice cream, as well as other spoons that were actually stuck together!! There was also some silverware in the dishwasher- not sure if not was clean or dirty!!! Needless too say, I spent the first hour of our stay cleaning the kitchen and cleaning all dishes and silverware in the dishwasher.... We also had a problem with one of the remotes for the TV in the living room. Joe arrived promptly and fixed the problem. He was professional. personable, and we really appreciated his service. I hope that, in the future, your cleaning service will be more conscientious and make sure that the dishes, etc., are actually cleaned. We love this property and hope to revisit. We took our first week vacation to Ocean city MD the condo we stayed in at first seemed clean but later the first night while in bed a black bug crawled up on me. The bathroom tile grout was dirty. The living room couch was full of bed bugs my husband got about seven bug bites on his body

I'm in the VIP and every place I've been has been great Tennessee. Oc new Jersey. Las Vegas.nice rooms polite and professional people with Sundance and at the properties looking forward to having new adventures

The facility we used near Disney in FL was top-notch. Clean and very secure with a locked gate to enter. Key pick-up was easy. Thanks.
