Not a terrific experience. We liked the view, the fact that it had a dishwasher, and 2 bedrooms. When we arrived, it was dusty and there were some cobwebs. We didn’t like that there was no place to have some quiet time away from each other to read or study. The bedrooms downstairs are very small and there’s no room for a chair to sit. The floor upstairs is very creaky Iand thin, so when you’re downstairs you hear every footstep, every conversation and even the conversations on the television. We actually left a day early because I needed to get some work done and was unable to accomplish that there. Many of the other condos have a cement pad in front for parking but 5D does not. It was a rainy week and it was extremely muddy. The garbage disposal did not work. We reset it, but that did not help. The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom kept falling off the wall. This was my first TAN vacation and I was a little disappointed. I hope others are better.

My first visit to a Sundance Property...and not very impressed. I was told the condo was on the beach..... not true! The condo is very old and was repainted....but a sloppy job! Kitchen cabinets are nice, but u cannot open one, cause the knob hits another drawer. Sofa has stains on it..... sliders are disgusting..... desperately needs a paint job! Bathrooms were remodeled nicely. Security controlled entrance is awesome and the pools are great! I usually stay in 5 star hotel....this is a 3 Star!!

Went on first vacation with company and the hotel didn’t met our standards. Also on our 2nd day there we had no hot water and after calling maintenance 4x and finally receiving a call back we were told that the office was closed and the property manager was two hours away but would be there. End of story, we were supposed to stay for 5 days but checked out on our 2nd day.

They should inspect the unit Pryor to make sure everything is ok

First thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of mildew. Heat and Air Condition is set to 68* max for Heat and 70* min for Air. Cannot turn on unit fan for circulation. Had to call for a coffee pot, they did bring one over the first night so we would have coffee in the morning. Circuit breaker pops when Coffee pot, toaster, and microwave is turned on,(Hard to make breakfast). TV's are not easy to used and one had to be reprogramed by the repairman. Took three days for a repair man to show up to fix it. Then I was told it was my fault for unplugging the wires. I told the repairman I didn't touch anything except for the "two" remote controls. The TV's turn off automatic. I was told by the repair man that again it must be my fault. Makeup mirror in the master bedroom is barely hanging on the wall. The water spigot in master bath leaks all over the sink when turned on. The Oven is filthy, looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. The cloth dryer over heats and turns off if used for two loads. After waiting for a 1/2 hour it turned on again. Window Screen in the master bed room is torn. Three beds plus the sofa bed, only one blanket. Only top sheet and the bedspread to cover up with. I won't recommend using the bed spread as a cover.

We paid extra for VIP and did not receive VIP accommodations or privileges. Still waiting for "gifts" that other travelers have received and we have not???

The Unit was clean but furniture was stained and dated. The flooring had gaps in the wood slats the furniture has napkins/cardboard to keep them from wobbling. The outside grounds were kept impeccably clean; I wish the inside of my Unit would match the outside.

False advertising about the vacation package being a disabled person the Sundance tan did not advertise the community ,particularly the beach and beach parking was not advertised ,was suppose to be 1 mile to beach they were correct on distance to beach, but once you arrived you had to walk another mile across a sand bar that if the tide came in you had a extended 2 mile walk instead...or the 2 choice was waiting for parking in a tiny parking lot with waits up to 2 hours long . This was during the week ,not looking forward to the week end crowd . We also called tan to see if different accommodations could have made the person we spoke to was belittling towards my wife and offered nothing to rectify our situation . Bottom line we are on a beach excursion trip Marco island and it’s very difficult to gain access to all beaches . Yours truly Mark Thomas Very disheartening
