Yacht Club was a very nice property. Beautiful pool area. We felt welcome there. Would definitely like to return sometime.

I was very unhappy with my recent stay in snow ridge village. We had no hot water for 24hours. The bath tubs were rusted , cracks in the walls, and the home appeared a lot bigger in the pictures than in person . When I signed up I was advised that I would be receiving the best of the best stays . This home was very old looking , the heat and air was not easy to control, and vents were broken. I’m not happy at all and I have thousands of dollars being invested .

agents are nice, but may not know the properties they offer or care if you get what you want. I asked about the condition of a property in myrtle beach. They gave it a positive review but it was horrible. the appliances were rusting on the outside. everything in the room was worn out. HAD I not specifically asked beforehand, I would have only been disappointed. I was not very happy after being assured it was fine.

The monthly payments are reasonable and the maintenance fees paid monthly and the availability of customer service and I have only been on one vacation but the property was fantastic.... the only thing I wish was a little different is that there were properties in more places but I like that it is forcing me to try something new

I wish the properties weren’t so far from the airports. Also the units need to be a bit more updated still use old hotel furniture.

I cannot express enough how IMPRESSED with and Grateful I am to Travel Advantage Network/Sundance Vacations, and most recently, their owner, Mr. Scott Fasano. This February, Mr. Fasano and his team went above and beyond to assit my husband and me with saving our little family trip with our 8yr old, Tess for her winter break. While they could have easily fed us the company line & rested on their clearly stated policies, they took into consideration some one-time unusual circumstances (aka "oversight at our end") and honored our reservation (at their trouble & expense). Mr. Fasano personally responded to my email plea, rallied his team, and followed up multiple times to assure our satisfaction. Who does this nowadays? Sincerely. I was shocked to hear back at all from the actual owner of this company (Mr. Fasano), much less to receive such compassionate, personal, and quality customer service from him. WIthout it, our trip would have been ruined; simply not possible. It may sound sappy, but the way Mr. Fasano handled our reservation snafu restored my faith (& my husband's) in the goodness of people (& saved our Tess from missing out on what ended up a Truly magical time in Pigeon Forge, TN :) I cannot imagine being treated better by my own family & we will not soon forget the kindness! While my overwhelming enthusiasm focuses on our most recent trip spent at Mountain View Condos in Pigeon Forge, TN; we have held TAN in the highest regard for qulaity travel for 17 years now. We have been traveling with Travel Advantage Network (TAN) /Sundance since 2001!! :0 17 Years of Amazing Vacations made afforable... literally dozens and dozens of destinations across our beautiful nation made possible for our 3 oldest children now 27, 21 and 19...31 bookings at last count!!! This simply would Not have been possible without the affordability of TAN's accommodations, and Excess Inventory perk. Traveling with TAN meant that airfare and eating out dollars could be reallocated to having fun at our destination!! Having a condo with a full kitchen meant more than just saving money on meals though, it meant sharing them together, laughing, talking, and making memories. Never squished on top on one another like in your typical hotel, our children had their space. They were happy and excited! Each destination became both an adventure and our home away from home. Our 4th child Tess, mentioned above is 8 now, and we are continuing the tradition of family travel with TAN. I am thrilled to report that it's only getting better!!!

Have been members of Travel Advantage Network for the past 13 year having purchased through Sundance. We have made great use of our membership with trips to many parts of the country. We are generally quite satisfied with our investment.
