Powhatan resort is being remolded and…
Powhatan resort is being remolded and updated. Units are in great shape and basically new. Also the entire is very clean. Staff very friendly. We would come back to this resort when in the area.

They work very hard to make sure you are happy.
They work very hard to make sure you are happy. I have been to some of the other Sundance resorts. This is the best one so far. They bring you food and drinks while you lay on a queen size bed at the beach. There are a lot of excursions you can pay for if you want to. I went on the catamaran sailboat ride, and took a tour of the city today. Tomorrow I'm going four wheeling in the mud. I've been hearing people say they like the waterfall tour also. I will spend the rest of my week laying by the pool or the beach drinking and eating. It's a great place to relax. The rooms are very nice and they clean them every day. They also keep your refrigerator full of free drinks. The only bad thing I can say is the TV reception is not the best. No hdtv here folks. Lol But I didn't come here to watch TV anyways. They have some good dance shows every night. Enjoying my time here very much. I highly recommend it.

Need to keep up with modernization of units
When we first joined, the resorts were always like new, modern & clean. Now it seems they have not kept up with the resorts conditions. The last 2 times we went, we were disappointed with the condition of the property.

Keeping it real
Always enjoy the experience from booking it to staying in it. Only a few times has there ever been an issue and they get taken care of when they’ve happened. Get up the good work. Always love the little gifts too when we arrive. Thanks!

We have had many great vacations…
We have had many great vacations through Sundance that we never would have been able to. Right now, we are in Maui for a month!!!!
