From a top tier financial institution where everything was possible from the Bill Pay service to loans and other areas to make financial decisions this credit union is in the gutter now with their so called upgrades updates that has proven to be a nightmare, why mess around with a system that everyone knew and was happy with? I think it's time to kick the responsible parties for this mess out and try to save this financial institution that has always been there for the customer, I still have several accounts with them but reducing the traffic once the credit card is paid and satisfied adios amigo.

We were promised Zelle in May for transfers. Now they say maybe by December but things can change. Transfers take days…….

I had a fraudulent charge on my account. Rose Chavez, the customer service rep, was so helpful in reporting the fraud and setting me up with a new debit account. She spent quality time with me and was very nice to work with. I appreciate the assistance I got from Rose! Thank you!

I have been a member for about 20 years. The complete downward spiral of this credit union has been wide screen to ANY member paying attention. This was a place I have relied upon any time I want to buy a car, motorcycle, or even get a loan for anything!!! Now any decision is a corporate committee meeting with cold handshakes and shallow apologies. I got married last year and wanted a small loan to help my wife/kid relocate and get all affairs in order. For $2,000 Suncoast declined me. Wells Fargo said yes. Not only have I never stepped foot in a Wells Fargo - I don't bank there. Then Wells Fargo put a cherry on the cake by approving a loan for a new A/C system. Suncoast let a Chinese seller rip me off for $42.55 even though I submitted proof my item is STILL in Aiken S.C. at the time of this writing. After the long dispute process (screen shots, TWO DAYS of CCTV footage) I submitted the link provided by the seller and the seller provided a link showing it was delivered SEVEN days after the order. Items don't get through Customs that fast. PERIOD. Suncoast sided with the seller and took my money and MY TRUST. Run away screaming.

Me gusta Suncoast con el poco tiempo que llevo con ustedes no e tenido problema. Me gustaria que tuviera en mente, que si la oficina del SS le deposita a ustedes los cheques 2 o 3 dias antes, porque no lo aclaran para esas fechas. El banco anterior que tenia 2 dias antes de el dia 3 mi cheque estaba depositado del SS..Espero q lo tengan en mente. Gracias

Suncoast is the best for all my banking needs. After using several banks over the years I have never experienced anything like Suncoast. The best people work at my branch.

Customer Service seemed to do their best to slow down the process of closing an account. It’s been two weeks now and the count is still not closed. I would have nothing to do with this credit union again. Worn other people.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. They have just changed policies related to loans without notifying the membership. If you have experienced concerns, please join me in filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
