South Semoran Service location. I visited the branch for the first time & I must say, I was extremely pleased with my experience!! Everyone was pleasantly welcoming from the moment I entered the branch. The experience felt very personable & I loved that!! Tango provided stellar service. She answered all my questions & concerns and assistance in making recommendations to help me make the best financial decisions that suited me. I received a check from one of their credit union members. I went to cash it and I was told that I needed to have a membership with them. I said, I'm sorry, I just want to cash the check. I was told that I have to pay $5 in order to open a temporary account in order to cash the check even though the check is from one of their credit union members. Unbelievable!

Complete garbage card !! Their auto system sucks and no one really wants to help you !!! Stay away from this scam company

What's a piece of crap bank? The dumb tellers applied our son's 2 car payments to the same car instead of his two separate car payments. Then they scored the same late with a penalty. This is a money racket and should be investigated. We are filing court documents to investigate this bank for fraud.

Hold times on checks is extremely excessive compared to other banks. got a cashiers check from dad for christmas and they shut off my account, online access and held funds for 7 business days, 9 in totals.no christmas for me. changing banks on monday.

Wait time is horrible tell you 10 min wait ends up being a hour. Attempt to use phone services of they don't have an answer for you they put you back on hold hoping you'll hang up. Try to pay or put money in to a suncoast from another bank they tell you to go to the other bank and get cash yet have atms right there... other institutions could process a EFT in person or debit in person but not them...

Horrible service. I have been a member for 40 (FORTY YEARS) years. A call to customer service today resulted in a wait time of 40 MINUTES. Ironic, probably not. You get what you pay for. They are cheap and provide the ultimate cheap service. Please avoid unless you have a day to kill to call them. Very sad to see what they have become.

I love this credit union however avoid avoid avoid getting a mortgage from them. Not helpful response is horrible and the customer service in mortgage is awful. Now the regular side of banking is feel is awesome great tellers great energy. Great people. Mortgage side not so much its awful
