Sunber HairReviews of sunberhair.com

First and foremost the hair is Perfect! It’s full soft and no shedding, it also came with little gifts that I’m so thankful for . I will be purchasing more soon

Hi Sunber, hello ladies my first experience with this company as soon as I put my order in I received an email the next day saying that they’re OUT OF STOCK. Thank God I was able to communicate through Customer Service from WhatsApp. That would be your fastest response ladies. I put a second order for a different wig of course it was more expensive lol so I send more money 💰 When I receive the wig. It’s absolutely gorgeous 😻 I love 💗 it. This is my second headband wig So far the quality is soft, and minimum shedding. Message to Sunber please don’t advertise a wig if it’s NOT in stock also for your free gifts, let your customers know it’s not all free gifts are the same. Before I order from Sunber again, I will email I want wig to be in stock

Sunber hair sent me a unit totally different than what I ordered. This was gift, it was embarrassing because the cap size ordered was SMALL. This cap is too large with the straps tightened to the limit. The curl pattern is not the selected curl pattern and the natural appearance will never happen with this unit. This is obviously a scam to unload wigs that aren't selling well using deceptive pictures for their profit. DO NOT TRUST THE ADS‼️‼️‼️. They post this reply to yet again deceive the masses. They know what they are doing and have found success using these deceptive measures. They definitely know the order number, I text this message directly to them. Instead of a resolve they bombarded me with Ads to be deceived yet again. This is not an Honest company. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE!

Honestly great experience. The seller communicated with me throughout the entire process until it arrived at my door in 3 days. Good quality hair and lace and cute free gifts. Will definitely order from them again!

Do not order anything from this Sunber hair company. They are very untrustworthy. I ordered a wig and as soon as i took the wig out the boxes instantly know that it was synthetic hair. They wig is too small and it’s not good quality hair at all. I also let them know that i was unhappy with this unit. I send pictures and a video showing them that the hair has been untouched and is in the same condition as i received it. They are trying to make me accept something that I’m not happy with. I have several text messages between me and the sale. In each message I’m asking for my money back and they trying to make me keep something that I’m not satisfied with.

I ordered this kinky straight vpart 18 inch wig and was VERY satisfied! The hair soft with no shedding. I flat ironed it and was so impressed ! It looks so natural!!This order shipped to me super fast. It took 3-4 days to Receive it!! I will definitely be ordering again !!

I love the hair I received and they were always in contact with me up until I got the hair. Very good communication skills

I bought a wig on nov 28th still waiting for it. They say it’s been delivered. usps says it was delivered and signed by the front desk. Front desk said no one has delivered anything to us. And the Mail man who was delivering mail atm said I’m not sure where it could be. So obviously he didn’t deliver it!!!Maybe mail carriers are being paid by these over seas company’s to sign it as delivered and send it back. I contacted Sunber countless times and they say sorry contact usps there’s nothing we can do. Each time!!!! I’m out of 300$ and very mad about that. Usps also said it was signed so there’s nothing to do but file a claim. My claim was denied twice. Its probably easy for a usps deliverer to get away with it. Hope they start cracking down on the gov deliverers and over sea scam companies.
