I wish I could give them a negative review. I bought a wig and the lace was damaged. I contacted Sunber and they asked that I provide pictures and I did. They told me they would send a return label in 3 days and I waited for 2 weeks. I contacted them and they ignored all my attempts . They do not uphold their return policy and they are just scamming people out of money. Their wigs aren't even quality, you never know what you're going to get. Inconsistent and full of crap company. Do not buy!

I ordered a wig from here received it probably within a week or so which is good on shipping however when I received it ...there was just way too much hair hair on the wig I did not like it I wanted to send it back ...i sent at least 6 emails before I got at least one response. Then they kept coming back to me saying they'll give me money off if I keep the wig why dont I want to keep the wig it was just a hassle I probably sent at least 10 emails before I got the issue resolved and a refund...NEVER AGAIN.!!!!!!
