You can’t go wrong with Sunber!
I purchased my wig and it shipped out the next day! Got it in three days with standard delivery, no other company has ever shipped and delivered anything to me so fast. I received timely emails and text messages keeping me updated with my order which was nice. This is my fourth time ordering with Sunber and their customer service never falls short of fantastic. The wig is sooo soft, didn’t have any smell, true to length, very full and can be worn right out the box. This is my go to hair company! No Longer a Skeptic
I was skeptical about purchasing this wig because I had a very bad experience with buying wigs online in the past (they never looked like the picture). I ordered the Piano Brown 14" on a Friday and got it on the following Monday! Far quicker than I expected! I love the quality of the wig, I just thought it would be a slight more dense. But it still works- I can't wait to wear it. I will be buying another wig from Sunber Hair soon.

I don’t usually do bad reviews but…
I don’t usually do bad reviews but something is telling me this is going to be a long process. I ordered my wig on 7/27/23 because they advertise 3-5 day shipping. Their website says nothing about a processing time of 3-7 days for customizing. I did not know the wig I ordered was considered custom and it showed they have 48 in stock when I ordered. Every time I go to the site it is updated with a higher number that they have in stock of that unit. I still haven’t received a tracking number and it’s day 6. I reached out to customer service, but all they will tell you is that they have a processing time of 5-7 days which is false advertising in my opinion. I’m hoping that the hair that eventually gets sent is decent or this will not be my last review.

The wig you purchased is part of our hot-selling pre-cut series products, there are a lot of shipments every day, the production of lace wigs is slower than machine-made wigs, because the hair of the lace part needs pure hand weaving, and the colored hair needs to be bleached and dyed, compared with the natural color hair, the production progress of the color hair products is slower. Even if the workers work overtime for production, the stock is still very tight. so the inventory on the website cannot be synchronized temporarily. the price difference needs to be paid if changed to a longer length. if you're not willing to wait for it, we also accept to exchange or cancel it.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback! the wig u bought was 150% density. 150%(Natural/Medium ) Anice density for ladies who want their hair to look natural with lite added fullness. Wig density is expressed as a percentage, which helps to explain the amount of hair in the wig how thick or thin. The higher the percentage, the greater the amount of hair in the wig. Low-density wigs will look thinner, while higher-density wigs look fuller. We also recently launched some higher-density pre-cut wigs such as 220% density in body wave, straight, and jerry curly. In the future, this high density will also be extended to other textures.
